Well…obviously but that’s not what I mean, we humans are not perfect!
In fact very few people can be committed fully to their own personal physique goals at all times of their life, you may assume by looking at my life’s accomplishments that I’m one of those people, surprisingly I’m not I’m also human! Even though I’ve been a natural physique champion in my younger years and one of the best full blown professional bodybuilders on the planet in my later years, I’ve also been chubby, I’ve been thin, I’ve been swole, I’ve been fluffy, I’ve been jacked and what may be another surprise I’ve also been obese.

I can relate, I understand and I get it, I’ve been my worst and I’ve been my best, I’ve faced challenges and huge set backs but I found a way to get back up and by doing so I’ve learnt so many lessons that have made me a highly experienced non judgmental coach.

Why am I telling you this?

It’s because I know that within a transformation process the question isn’t if you are going to fall and have setbacks?

The question is when and how are you going to get back up and refocus on achieving your goal when that happens? The transformation life is hard at times especially when it comes to changing the appearance of your body for the better you will make mistakes you will break your diet at times and miss days of training but you’re human you’re not a robot, this process is not about motivation it’s about commitment and setting strong non negotiable behaviour to create habits that form lasting change, one of my purposes as a coach is to implement realistic strategies and goals through those times.

Although there is a value to my coaching what you will learn is invaluable, it’s going to save you time, energy and money because I’ll be able to direct you in the correct way as soon as we start working together.

I’ll teach you about why I’m programming the plan specifically to you, I’ll educate you during our time together and therefore equip you to make better choices so that you’re confident on your own to progress without needing to have me as your coach.
